    Games you DIDN'T expect to like

    I got this game called Space Pirates and Zombies from one of the humble bundles, and at first I was turned off by the terrible human models in the intro, but as you progress through the game it's actually really fun. It's a bit of a grindfest, but if you know how to exploit the game's mechanics (such as the fact that friendly mining colonies will essentially give you free money), then it shouldn't pose too much of a challenge.

    -Submit at least one ReMix.

    -Find a part-time job that I enjoy.

    -Lose a little more weight (currently 192 lbs).

    -Become familiar with almost all the piano chords.

    -Become more organized, using lists, calenders, etc.

    -Get an apartment, and partially pay for it (rather than my parents doing so).

    EDIT:

    -Finish or start finishing my Senior Project (probably writing a book or a study)

    Currently chilling at Jill and Andy's before making the drive home. It was nice to see so many new faces this year at Mag, especially a lot of the mega man compo crew. I want to especially thank all the folks that came out to our workshop panel on Friday. Last year's was kind if iffy but I think people had a lot more fun this year with zircon up there live-mixing.

    Oddly enough no real catchphrases this from this weekend, but I suppose that's alright.

    Also just want to say that you guys should never feel too awkward to come up and say hi. Magfest is exactly the place to do that!

    Not really sure how mine and Jarel's room turned into a party room so often over the weekend, especially since we had no booze, but thanks for stopping by and not making a mess. We're planning on doing more Kamen Rider stuff next year, so watch out.

    Hopefully I'll see even more of you next year!

    Bump! I was curious how I did this year? Here's what I said before:

    Oh boy...this is going to bite me later on.

    -Submit at least three ReMixes, have at least one ReMix posted by MAGfest 11

    -Maintain or have a weight lower than 160 lbs (currently 187)

    -Get involved in a relationship

    -Get a kickass internship/part time job

    -Be more social than I currently am (less YouTube specifically)

    Well...that's going to have to wait for that. 2013 maybe?

    I was actually 197 lbs back then (weight scale was wrong), and I'm around 194 and dropping.
