  1. Niiice! I wish it were longer, but it would make a great chase stage as is.
  2. Noo, it ends just when it was getting good. :c Jazzy good, even! Maybe adding another source would have helped DJ Orange extend the length.
  3. For a repetative mix, it's pretty cool and has a nice edge to it. I still have it in my playlist... And it's much better than the source!
  4. Beautifully peaceful mix. Listen to this when you need time to relax.
  5. I agree with Brandon about setting sights on shorter albums, like the World Cup and Eevee EPs. I was also thinking that maybe after 6-8 months on a deadline everyone with a substantial WIP or finished track could vote if they want to wait for any artists who only have claims or rough WIPs. If they vote not to wait, the album is released after all substantial WIPs are finished. It wouldn't work for massive projects like FF6, but it could for smaller albums that don't need all tracks covered and if the project founder is alright with the idea.
  6. Definitely a story song. Really takes me back. Each stage of the song has something neat in the melody, from the start with travelling clopping drums to, well, SADNESS ... then to the nice strings(?) at 1:45, then the fight drums leading to a quiet victory.
  7. Yeah! Fun and tough. It does go out a bit quiet at mid-way when I'm wanting more aggression. XD And I wish it were longer.
  8. Really liked the quiet intro. The electric guitar that came in and changed the tone initially surprised me, but I enjoyed it right after that. It was almost too short! The instruments feel like they'd be right be in a remake of MM3. Project X's Mega Man 2 album is pretty cool. My favourites are their takes on Flash Man and Wood Man.
  9. I have got to listen to this album again. What beats. This Is Madness! <3 The vocals, beats, speed... fantastic!
  10. Just beautiful. It sounds like Rexy enjoyed playing it, too. The piece is all so fluid. The switches, yes, and also the frequent deviations from the source melody. It's rare to hear a ReMix that deviates just enough yet not too much. Perfect.
  11. Lately I can't stop listening to this mix. It's so awesome!!
  12. It's grand throughout. By far my favourite part is that wonderful start.
  13. It feels chill with some intensity. Altogether, I'm surprised at how pleasant he made this piece given how urgent the original is. It's a good treatment of the original, and even though the samples are simple, the melody is done really well. The instruments occasionally remind me of Phendrana Drifts in Metroid Prime.
  14. Very cool. It's just so chipper and bouncy! Even the siren. XD And you can't help but grin at 0:45.
  15. What? Why isn't this in my playlist? It's a great tribute to SD2-3, where the first half is quieter and the second half increases the intensity. Into the Thick of It is treated well and it segues into Electric Talk nicely! They meld great together. The real excitement comes at 2:30, while 3:40 is also gets pretty cool.
  16. I've been listening to this piece for years. It brings a nice soothing feel with some sadness, as if dark clouds are appearing. Outro from 2 is pleasant.
  17. Tripping is right. XD That's some good funk. It comes around in my playlist regularly. c: Goes well with Mazedude's other funk tracks like Slick Ripping Keen.
  18. Great reimagining of the track with live instruments.
