  1. Chrono Trigger & Final Fantasy 9 'Knights Come Marching Home'

Ants come marching home? What the heck? Oh! Jebus Cripes! It's Frog's theme done in electric guitary goodness! Tasty. I had to actually describe this mix for a friend of mine, because he didn't believe that there was any FF9 in it.

As near as I can tell (I barely played FF9) the "storyline" of this mix goes as such:

    0:00-0:49: marching ants

    0:49-1:18: glenn's theme

    1:18-1:46: ff9 battle

    1:46-2:14: glenn's theme

    2:14-2:32: marching ants

Anyways, good mix. Highly recommended, get it. Now. Right now. Go get it! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!!!

    1:18-1:46 isn't FF9 battle.. it's Beatrix's theme

  2. I just typed two big ol' rants, only to get logged out when I try to post them. Maybe it's better they'll never be seen again... but I still can't believe nobody posted these yet.

METROID - amazing game, revolutionary, a GREAT challenge, frustrating, unpolished, buggy, repeatative - that game had it all. It was the one of the first games people might call "creepy", and although it was often more of a struggle than it was play - but it's awsome (in my rant I had made an analogy about the painful yet satisfying feat of climbing Everest). It's a great experience because it's so hard, not because of good graphics - ironic how that's the polar opposite of Metroid Prime, which had very immersive graphics, and MP2, which had even better (but less immersive) graphics. One could argue it doesn't need immersive graphics when it has such great music. But is it a bad game?? Just look at it's sequel, Metroid 2 - it's much better (in my opinion), but somehow doesn't get nearly as much love... Well whad'ya know, my metroid rant v2.0 turned out longer and completely different than the first one. I'll try and make this short (Hah!):)

Dude you're so right.. I loved that game even tho I played it after Super Metroid came out. Lot's of similar stages they both have.

Has anyone played the game Cobra Command for nes? That game was fun..

  3. Mighty Morphen Power Rangers for snes. I feel embarrassed even mentioning it but yes.. I liked it.

The background music is TOO redundant and sucky, the action moves look so robotical and Billy (blue ranger) is the only character in the game that prances along like a little sissy girl as he walks.

And Xenophobe! Who can forget Xenophobe? Does that sad excuse for a game even have an ending? The Start song in the beginning is toooo catchy that it'll haunt you for the rest of your life..

  4. Ozma from FFIX isn't that hard at all!!!!! you have to use that stupid frog in your team to take off the status effects and then smash all his MP with a Hammer!.. didn't take longer than 5 minutes to beat after that.. trust me.. Who ever said it's eazy to kill the Emerald in FFVII is a LIAR and either never played that game or is WAAAY too cocky.. plus too much credit for ya because that was probably the hardest ANYONE could face.. I mean first of all I played that game like 4 times and every time I went and fought the Emerald with everyone on Lv.99 and got EVERYTHING that can kick ANYTHING'S A$$... I must've did Nights of The Round like 15 times, Omni slash like 8 times and demi ALL the time for about 19 minutes straight... That summon does 99999 12 or so times, Omni slash too and just regular demi takes 99999.. THEN he died after about 10 times of trying.. what the hell kind of monster can go through THAT?! COME ON!
