Sorry about that! So yeah, my synths of choice are Triangle II, Synth1, and ReaSynth. The first two can be found free online and the last one comes with REAPER, which can also be used free. After that, I like using Voxengo Boogex (It's a guitar amp sim, but it sounds awesome on synths) and Bionic Delay on them, which are both also free. Other than that, just experiment and see what you can come up with!

Haha, wow, that's still around? I was thinking of redoing that sometime, I liked it but I could do much better now. I've got a Megaman Zero 2 song that was accepted and is now waiting to be posted, but other than that I don't have anything to share yet. I'll let you know when I do, though. Thanks!

I actually just got a song approved by the judges, but it hasn't been posted on the front page yet. I really don't know what to say aside from practice, practice, practice! It takes time and you can't force it, but if you practice you'll be right on your way.

Where did you find that Contra song, by the way? I didn't know it was still hosted anywhere.

Hahaha, that's funny. I'm flattered someone would even want to claim it as their own. I'll take a look at the project later tonight and let you know what synths I used. I used REAPER and all free stuff, so it shouldn't be hard to find.
