I just hope they don't have three versions of Links around though.. I think two versions of any characters is pretty excessive. And more reason to have them become the new "shotoken" characters of SSB. Copy-pasta.
Man I know, it bugged me that they gave that pansy-ass moron C. Falcon the same moves that Ganondorf already had. or vice versa, whatever. Anyway, it was so pointless having two characters with repeat moves. Pichu and Dr. Mario really bugged me.
Yes Ganondorf is a clone of C. Falcon BUT Ganondorf is heavier and a tad slower, so the same moveset has been applied to a different character type. Its like giving a Fighter class the same spells as a Mage. The Fighter's stats are different, but his moves are the same, opening up a whole new strategy (*cough*Battlemage*cough*).
I see why they made them completely different characters, but it really isn;t necessary. A simple costume swap will do.
Yea, that's true. Ganondorf was HELLA slower and more durable. They just should'a had different moves.
O well, SSBB will do me proud.

Well....you never know, Sonic just might make an appearance. All the big rage about rumors of Sonic being in SSBM made a big ruckus so Nintendo may have taken that into consideration. After all, Sonic does have a few games on GCN.
Other than that, some of my random guesses (that nobody mentioned already) would be: Birdo, Daisy, Waluigi, that Paulene bitch from Donkey Kong and maybe even Toad

Although the concept of having a playable ridley is cool, I'm not sure how well it will work out. Ridley is HUGE. Comparing it with the Samus model, Ridley is at least 5x the size of Samus. And shrinking him down is just an insult to the character. Bowser was able to be shrunk down slightly, without losing too much, but the endresult makes him a target in most battles. Nevermind the fact that he's insanely slow. Also, Ridley can fly, not just glide for a really long time, so they would have to take that ability away from him. I think Ridley as a boss would definitely be awesome, but as a playable character, not so much.
I just want Little Mac....
(And NES version, too!)Exactly, just like Giga-Bowser served as a great boss in SSBM. While we're at it, they should add Ganon (not ganondorf) as a boss too.

Screw the Ice-Climbers, the double character concept wasn't that great to begin with. I'd take Ridley over them anyday of the week.

Heh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean it that way. To be honest, even though i think her character design is really cool, I don't find Heather particularly attractive. Her model is pretty yes, but she's very errie looking at the same time. But you see thats whats cool about her design to me, she was designed to be an interesting looking Silent hill character, not just another piece of eye candy for the guys. ^^; I mean, they could of made her look like Mary, or Aileen, but instead they didn't concentrate on making her cute, they wanted to make a design that was fitting of that fact she's a pretty important character in the story. I like that kind of mentality behind character design. I mean, don't get me wrong, I like an attractive or alluring lady just as much as the next guy, but I like balance too. I like a mix of different kinds of character's and I think it becomes redundant if too many are too pretty or cute, or alluringly dressed etc. Heather stands out among SH's female character's cause of that I think..
well, if konami didn't try to make her a an all-out extremely cute girl that you'd wanna bang over and over, then they've failed. Bacause to me, Heather's an all-out extremely cute girl that I'd wanna bang over and over!

I feel like this ReMix would've been perfect for the Wind Waker's ending credits scenerio. It also sounds a bit 'Christmasy' which is cool!

Personally, I think this is the most kick-ass remix due to the fact that it actually has some boom instead of just annoying, high-pitched instruments.
