finished Portfolio is Up! Ready to work with people!
bjwchoi posted a topic in Post Your Original Music!
Hello all! I write for RPGFan, and I want to be a video game music composer. I'm graduating in May, and I'd like to work for any indie game company in the US. My portfolio is here. Thanks for listening! Email me if you're interested! -
Not technically a remix, or if it is a heavily conservative one,it's for a project that needed a very accurate version of it: http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/600839 What do you think about it?

Hey guys, MikeViper aka Young Prodigy here. I recently wrote an anime-inspired techno track called "Endless Courage". I would describe it as something you would hear in an anime or a DDR game. You can listen to the track here: https://youngprodigymusic.bandcamp.com/track/endless-courage Any critique would be welcome.

Boogie posted a topic in Post Your Game ReMixes!
Hi everyone well this time I decided to do the staff roll for this revolutionary game. This is more like a straight cover I didn't have to change anything. I just added the solo part. I think this song is great as it is. Well I hope you like it. Thanks for watching and please leave your comments. -
finished Corridor of Time (acapella/instrumental)

Wanted to test out my new NT2-A for music, so I settled on one of the neatest and ostensibly most remixed source tune in game history. Shades of bossanova. Enjoy! https://soundcloud.com/fish-and-swallow/corridor-of-time -
Basically, trying to make some action movie sounding trailer music. https://soundcloud.com/angelcityoutlaw/life-on-the-grid Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

So I dug this up and figured I'd toss it here for fun. I've had a little side project going on for several years - a SaGa/FFL remake, but other things(music/life) have taken priority and it'll probably never be finished. This is one of the first pieces of music I did for it. It's something of a retro/rock/punk/noise version of Lethal Strike from SaGa II. Note that it was made to loop, so there's no proper intro/outro. Or much EQ/balance. It's not something I'd even consider submitting as an actual ReMix - Not without a lot of work, but I probably won't revisit it. It's years old and I could do something much better from scratch. https://soundcloud.com/katallen-12/ffl2-lethal-strike

Here's my keytar cover for In a Snow-Bound Land from DKC2. It features my expression pedal which connects to my laptop via my midi expression interface and usb. I haven't been able to use the interface for awhile but now got it fixed. Anyways, here it is: For those interested in my version without leads, only orchestration: Here's my piano cover also from awhile back:

I'm not sure if this would qualify for being a submission on OCRemix, so if anyone could let me know, or who to direct this question to, then that would be awesome and appreciated. Track: Sonic Adventure 2 - Escape from the City (Crush 40) Dance Cover/Remix: Original: I'm all up for making tweaks if this track has a chance for being submitted to OCRemix, so let me know with that feedback, yo!

Hey everyone, I'm new to the community and I'm looking for help to try to get some of my remixes posted, so need that feedback, yo. Track: Pokemon trainer battle (B/R/Y) Remix: Original: There are some things I am considering changing before attempting to submit the track to the panel, but I'd like to hear that outside feedback.

hey folks now the new edit of the oldskool game hellbender by termial terminal reality & microsoft games enjoy my new remake of this theme

Remembered this game from my childhood, always fancied the music while going level from level, so why not make a remix of it . This is what I call a "smooth" techno version, with a standard 909 kick and hi-hats claps with some effects and a bassline. The melody is done with three different synthesizers with a old school touch. Enjoy Link: Tadashi Kimijima - Bubble Bobble Theme (Nixim's Smooth Techno Mix)

Remix- Source- Yeah!!! Sooooo the last string of WIPs and Fins I've posted have gone uncommented so maybe this one will charm some of you. HOWEVER! I still need harsh criticism and honest feedback, so......have at you!!!

I'm still trying to figure out how to compress leads and bass properly without completely murdering them in the mix. Really tried to hit an Angel Vivaldi-ish tone with this one; feedback and Critique very much appreciated. Listen I know Chrono Trigger covers/remixes are done to death, but that's not unwarranted. Hope someone enjoys it.

An orchestral track that begins peacefully then builds into a soaring adventure. Certainly one of the most ambitious tracks I've written. Took me a good amount of time to complete it. I'd love to hear any comments, criticisms, advice, etc.! https://soundcloud.com/mikededub/learning-to-fly
