I got permission to do this from the author (Eliot Britton) - he was trying to get a lossless version of the track for use, but it never eventuated. So Unfortunately this is a re-edit using the mp3, but despite that, I'm pretty happy. Main reason is that the stuttered-vocals chorus-thing was my favourite part of the song, and it felt empty when it didn't repeat at least once - so I re-edited the song, did some subtle EQ adjustment and added more violin (my own), subtley. It's been done to death, but here's one more arrangement to add to the pile of Terra's theme remixes. It's almost done and currently I only plan on very minor revisions, mainly some small issues in the brass and the ornaments of the irish flute in the beginning. I'd be glad for any feedback though. Note that the strings are positioned in German seating, so from left to right it's Violins 1, Chellos, Violas, Violins 2, and with Basses on the left behind Violins 1. All other sections are close to where you would usually expect them. The arrangement is as strightforward as it could be so it probably doesn't qualify for the level of transformative work required by the OCR standards, but I'll probably still give it a shot. Took a break from my more uhh, finicky projects to try my hand at Cid's Theme. I think there are some rhythm issues that I could never get fully quantized but it mostly works out. Mostly though I wanted to do a little quiet part and then bring it really big haha. Thankfully YouTube saved me with compression to hide some of the faults with my EQ abilities. I hope you enjoy it!

Hey everybody! This is an arrangement for Piano of Fi's Lament from The Legend of Zelda - Skyward Sword. There are a few variants of this piece in the original soundtrack, but I took the original Orchestral version, and coupled that with the version played at the end of the game, with a little scoring changes of my own, with a fragment of the LoZ main theme to round it off!! Disclaimer: Original music is by Hajime Wakai and Shiho Fujii, visuals are in-game cutscenes.
