  1. Space Harrier 'Disco' DJP is insane. This is the tune that got me interested in videogame music back in the day when I first got my Sega Master System. And now it's DISCO?????? Actually it's not that bad. If you are familiar with Space Harrier then this is probably an automatic download. Sounds like it is full of MP3 artifacts in the high frequencies, but I'm not sure if that's something DJP did when he made the song (high ends sounds wishy-washy and slurry). It varies up a bit in the middle, and that's pretty cool.
  2. Hello, while watching my partner play ACNH I would constantly hear the Dodo Airlines transition screen and it got stuck in my head. It was so engrained in my mind that I decided to make a disco track based on the 7 second sound sting. I do wonder if it's enough to be considered a cover since the source material is only 7 seconds, hence why I am submitting for review. Thanks!
  3. Here's an original song I'm making - not sure that I'm finished with it yet, but it's close, just gotta edit some things! It's kind of a fusion between jazz, disco, and electronic music. And that bass sounds pretty smooth. Just good feels all around! Electronic Jazz Definitely an improvement overall in production and arrangement from my past stuff.
  4. I know people are usually averse to VG covers with vocals, but for this one I parodied a song that's supposed to have lyrics while incorporating a VG track. Do you think it worked out? Originals:
  5. I'm back Feeling nostalgic from those old school bass lines in shoot em ups; and came up with this. Thanks for listening
  6. Hey folks, I was feeling in an Earthboundy mood yesterday and started up this fun little orchestral medley of Mother music. What do you think? PS, don't judge the drums too hard yet. I've barely worked on them.
  7. Gradius 'Horizontal Armada' This sounds pretty cool, fake orchestra with drums and other electronic sounds! Not the best Gradius tune in the world, but this one was a good one to remix and give it that djp touch (it sounds a wee bit similar to his Star Fox mix). The french horn sounds pretty good, though I am used to a bit more texture from french horn sounds. A good listen.
