  1. My (vaguely) christmas themed piano arrangement of Stardew Valley's Nocturne of Ice and Winter Festival music.
  2. Don't know if this counts as an actual game remix, but you never know if the background to the newest Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild Trailer is going to be part of the OST... anyway, I hope you guys enjoy this piano cover I made of it
  3. In celebration of the announcement that The Last Of Us 2 is coming our way, here's my Piano Arrangement of Gustavo Santaolalla's The Path (A New Beginning) from The Last Of Us. I hope you enjoy it!
  4. Hello, You will find one of my compositions. Hope you like it Don't hesitate if you have any comments. Best, Leonis
  5. Here is a classically inspired piano single by Adam Driskell Full song in youtube video. Enjoy!
  6. Aside from just changing the velocity of the notes of the piano, what could I do to make the piano VST TruePiano sound more authentic, or at least get close to sounding authentic? This section below has reverb and the note velocity has been changed to give it a non-robotic sound. But is there anything more I can do to make it sound realistic? Update
  7. A couple of piece I arranged for piano and voice (lyrics written by Ashley Lynn Watts). This is my first time arranging for piano and voice in this manner. I am curious to what all of you think?
  8. Hi,here's my last music, what do you think? Adding an other one :
  9. I've been listening to the original Lavender Town theme lately, and I've been thinking about how amazing it would be to hear a ragtime piano version of it. The original song (if you need a refresher or haven't heard it before) is here: And the idea that I've been envisioning would be similar to this guy's (Martin Spitznagel) rendition of a Mario medley, found here: I would try and play it myself, but I'm pretty musically challenged, so I figured I would post my idea here and see if anybody out there would be interested in making it a reality. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope I'm not the only person interested in this idea! -SheepyCow
  10. Yo! I made a cover about Phoenix Wright series. The song name is True Evening of Grief (Reminiscence). Actually this time it's fully a piano arrangement and recorded it with my Yamaha keyboards. It's one of my favorite songs from the series and a very sad one too. With this cover i tried to bring some certain emotions out :). Here is the cover: Here is the original one:
  11. Hey everyone, Here is my latest addition to my audio engineering portfolio. The arrangement is by Andy Gullahorn who is a great singer songwriter. Check out his site at www.andygullahorn.com. I am pretty happy with how this mix came out and was curious as to what people thought. All of the instruments were recorded live.
  12. Over the years, I've written a fair number of original songs. Some got done, some got half-way finished, and others didn't get beyond even the first 15 seconds. But I kept making them, and going back at times to work on ones that I'd started, but never finished. Oddly enough, it was while I was working on a remix last year that had way too much original stuff to be a remix anymore (for Vampire Variations III) that I finally just said the hell with it, cancelled that remix so I could make it a wholly original song, and began listening to the done and unfinished tunes I'd made in the past. I began thinking about which ones I'd like to tackle in terms of updating and/or finishing, and wound up doing not only that, but writing several brand new songs that came to me as I was working. The end result, is "The Journey Vol.1." This is an album with music that was inspired by various parts of the novels I've been working on, covering moments that were happy, sad, and points in-between. The style of the music is basically classical or ensemble, with piano, orchestration, and even some chamber-esque music. I'm pretty proud of the end result, and can't wait to get going on Vol. 2 once I've given myself a little break (this was WAY bigger of a project than I thought it would be). You can find the album on both Bandcamp and CDBaby (link coming once it's live) for $5, with 11 main tracks and 2 bonus tracks. Here's the first single from it, "A Mother's Last Lullaby." https://soundcloud.com/dragonwolfdesign/a-mothers-last-lullaby With that, here's a link my Bandcamp page. Hope you guys enjoy the album https://dragonwolfdesign.bandcamp.com/album/the-journey-vol-1 http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/mtyankovich1
  13. Hello, I want to work gamedev. Just listening and critize, rate my music. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVVHO023feM
  14. Hello! I made a new cover. It's about Lufia 2 soundtrack, a little bit of sad theme. There has been some time since i uploaded anything, but this one got my groove back :). Main instruments are acoustic guitar and piano. I made other sounds like bass with DAW from the scratch. Here is the cover: and here is the original soundtrack:
  15. Final Fantasy VI & IX 'The Endless Search' Hear that horn? How about that organ? This one is some piece of work, definitely broadening the amount of genre's we have around here. I'm not going to lie to you and say that I really love this sound. It's just not my taste, but it doesn't matter what you like, you have to admit that this one is really very well done. Somebody who really likes this genre give this a good review please. Nice work NoppZ, try something different next time... for me, please! Only kidding, do whatever you want.
  16. A piece I threw together and recorded at my house, I'm just looking for feedback on the composition more than the recording standards itself, But pointers on how to record are well taken as I don't really do Mixes. It was recorded in audacity too make it that much more disgusting. But thank you to everyone who listens too this, it's probably the first video game thing I have recorded properly in a while, and yes All parts bar the drums are real instruments, recorded one over the other.
