I've got no idea why the download wasn't working, since the file's been hosted since Monday night. https://webdrive.service.emory.edu/users/loji brings you to the webspace, while https://webdrive.service.emory.edu/users/loji/Larry%20Oji%20(Liontamer)%20-%20VG%20Frequency%20%2322%20(High%20Quality).mp3 is a direct link to the 123MB mp3.
