The quality on these remixes are incredible, my favs are Mega Man My question is where can I find some more basic game music, it's been so long since I have heard some of these songs and the midi rips and emulators are always just a bit off. So is there a place that has this? I have been able to find a couple games here, am I just not looking in the right places? Just Google Galbadia Hotel. "Blue Laguna" doesn't have as much stuff, but they have a great collection of more modern RPG music and I've never had any problem with them. [Link removed by moderator - no links to illegal content] More and more, people are using Youtube to upload and collect BGM into playlists. This is a great alternative to collecting MP3s which takes up memory and may be virused. And of course, some fan sites post whole collections of music like Secret of Mana and Mega Man. I'd use WinAmp/ChipAmp if you're going to listen on your computer, but sites like Galbadia Hotel have "normal" file types like mp3s and wavs, just in case you wanted to listen on your iPod or something. Vilecat Posted August 16, 2009 Share Posted August 16, 2009 Akumu's NSF site is very complete, I too recommend it over Zophar's (go to Zophar for handheld imo if anything). If Winamp is giving you trouble for whatever reason with the plugins (although they shouldn't), there's always Audio Overload compatible with Windows, OS X and even Linux. That file format is of better quality than the latter site's too and has no problems with some games (Ecco the Dolphin is a good example, go see/listen to the game songs from both sites).
