As I don't have access to my library of sounds and samples at the moment (they're all on my PC... I'm using just Reason installed on my roomie's Macbook), it sounds a bit basic at the moment. The percussion is a little weak, and most of it is placeholder at the moment. But you'll get the feel I'm going for. Expect more arrangement, better sounds and more of everything soon!!! It sounds a little boring without the lyrics and layers in at the moment, but this will change. I'm rewritten the lyrics in English. They'll follow the same melody, but bear no correlation to the original lyrics meanings. I'll record the vox when my PC is back up and running again, and when i get my new laptop!!! :D Here's the lyrics I've written so far. I've got the first verse down, the chorus, and part of the second verse. They mostly go along with the melody of the original vox... sing along if you know the track Oh, and they're subject to change. Enjoy! Verse 1 How is it even possible to take that step outside? When all you hear is impossible. How do you take it in your stride? Down we go... Falling deeper and deeper we go into the rabbit hole. Down we go... All this time we've been thinking that it's better the devil we know. Tell me how is it so? (Tell me how is it so?) When everything I've been taught is wrong. Well maybe that's why it took so long to come around and to find my place. And all that stands in my way is for me to know it was my mistake to make. Chorus And now I feel you all around. I can't believe I didn't see you were there all along, telling me to turn around. It's hard to believe that this flame was inside of me. Think of everything we'll leave behind in this world to find our peace of mind. We will go on from this moment in time. Verse 2 For all the people who let you down; For all that took away will now fall by the wayside, and be begging for you to stay. They don't see; They don't know what's inside of you but we know now something has changed. They can't see everything that's been done to you, so they'll stay inside this page; This page of history. Expect some more change in percussion too, but for now, it'll do. Vocoder backing vox are in there now... I'm gonna try to do all the vox in vocoder, or a mix of pitched vocals and vocoder... still gotta record a GOOD set of vocals yet, so yeah:D There's still some balance issues and all in there at the moment... the strings that come in during the verses are a bit loud, but I'm aware of that, and it'll be fixed.
