'Upd: Jan 24' Jazz Jackrabbit 2 - Jazz Castle 'remix'

Don't t really know why I'm actually posting this..boredom probably..

Started messing around with another song..this time from Jazz Jackrabbit 2, the castle level. Coz that tune is awesome. Messed around till I got this..basic as hell since I only had a few minor ideas that I put in. I personally like the sound of it, especially the noticeable bass and the lead but I have no clue how to go on with it.

Probably another thing that I won't be able to finish..

It's a shame that you won't finish it, because it's got a great vibe going on! A bit mechanical at times, but it's still quite nice

This track is like, 80% done, you probably just need a bridge section and another chorus repeat and an outro and structure wise it's finished.

Production wise, the lead and bass sound good but the mixing can be improved, the backing synths can use a lowering in levels, they are too loud. The whole track sounds a little compressed. Might want to consider some changing in dynamics and more humanization as well, especially in the lead.

Worked on it a little, tried to change the intro, tho I have a feeling the original was better.

Changed the intro again, this time for the better so I think it stays this way from now on, and also worked a little on other parts.

This is actually starting to sound like something.
