CelestialSonata Posted September 7, 2010 Share Posted September 7, 2010 I'm still fairly new at using FL Studio and wanted some input on this. Using the Slayer generator, I want to be able to switch between palm muting and regular strumming. I've set it up so that I have two different Slayer channels, one with the Damp knob low for regular strumming, one with the Damp knob up for palm muting. I alternate the chords between each Piano roll so that it would sound like one guitar. Is this a good way to incorporate palm muting or are there better ways to achieve this? Drayzon Posted September 7, 2010 Share Posted September 7, 2010 If you right click on the Damp knob and choose Edit Events, then you can edit the knob automation per pattern.
