This game is urban and gritty, and so I will do a Minnesotan approximation of urban and gritty! Unfortunately, Minnesota urban slang is about a decade behind, so this might be awkward.

AHHH JEAHHH BITCHEZZ!!

O to the C to the R is going to be printing physical copies of the Super Street Fighter 2 HD Remix soundtrack, and it needs some ballin' artwork to get all up ons the album cover. You need to cut yo' cold lampin' and represent!

Whoever steps up to the challenge of a lifetime (You only get one shot - Do not miss your chance to blow!) will need to provide print resolution artwork to OCR, and Jose the M'Fin Bronx Rican will take your work and turn it into a great layout. BOOYEAH!

Let me kick it to you straight one mo' time, boyyyeee~~

- Print resolution artwork of some Street Fighter dudes or something, Street Fightering it up, or playing instruments, or who ever knows. Make it look like Street Fighter!

- Post it in this thread, and we'll take a look and decide which one gets to be the artwork!

HADOKEN!!!

Dj Pretzel & Liontamer> Thanks for your prompt reply. They did encourage me to proceed with this :)

Progress is slower than I thought, though. So far I only got it inked. Here it is: https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/cPTkh1AE64zadUGBWo-HAw?feat=directlink

I drew Ken & Ryu separately, so if you want you can also have them for additional purposes other than the CD cover :)

I will post another work in progress next week.

NICE! There might be a little detail missing from Ken's face, but I realize the faraway perspective makes it a little difficult. I trust you, especially seeing these inked. WOW, phenomenal so far, I'm hyped! :nicework: This is totally what we're going with.

I have not finished the coloring 100%, but the final product won't be too different from this one so I'm posting it now.

The final touches will be the small details, so the overall look is more or less finalized. Please feel free to give feedback and change requests :)

Just wanted to say that that's some great art you did there. Nice job.

Well it looks like Dish already has something really nice going, but I thought I would provide some examples of my work anyways. I've always wanted to contribute something and I have some experience drawing Street Fighter characters. Here's some examples:

Evil Ryu: http://hybridmink.deviantart.com/gallery/26898900#/d3gbgpk

Chun Li: http://hybridmink.deviantart.com/gallery/26898900#/d3g2j0q

Ibuki: http://hybridmink.deviantart.com/gallery/26898900#/d3donwt

Cammy: http://hybridmink.deviantart.com/gallery/26898900#/d372dcr

If you still want some art for the CD, I can provide something completely original. Thanks :)

Hi,

Apologies for being so late. Here are the final images:

(1) clean version

https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/7Z_70J3xWvogh9WLTu7OAA?feat=directlink

(2) what-I-think-is-a-good-design version

https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/jUVfjcCk7Nq4u4SJEsts1g?feat=directlink

I will leave the final design to people with better design aesthetics :P

If the design needs the original version of the painting (instead of the clean version above), I can send this as well.

Now, how do I send the print resolution (400dpi)?

You came 'round just in time, as we were about to contact you. My design for the digipak is nearly ready, and it looks like your work will be a perfect fit, especially since it's on a clean white background. You'll get a PM on what and where to send.

To the others offering, the design for the digipak doesn't leave much room for other works. The tracklist and credits likely could take up the remaining area. But stand by: when I submit to Dave and Larry and them, we may yet decide whether something else is needed.
