Harrison Ford has said that his interpretation is that Deckard is a human, and the theatrical release backs him up. Scott's own admission is that the revisionist cuts he's made have all been to fully flesh out his take on the story, but if Deckard is a replicant then really doesn't the story lose some (if not all) meaning, as far as questioning his humanity? Just goes to show that you can give a hack good editors but you can't make him think :P

I don't think Deckard being a replicant makes the story lose any meaning whatsoever, to be quite honest. I prefer it that way.
