Chucklehofft Posted January 26, 2014 Share Posted January 26, 2014 So I have a bunch of soundfonts that were ripped from old games (stuff from Kirby, Mystical Ninja, Ocarina of Time, etc). Would using these sounds in a commercial production be considered as stolen content? Because they have such a great compressed, dated sound to them that they'd be awesome for evoking that sort of retro feel, but I don't want to just assume that I'd be allowed to use them for my own benefit.
