I've always found the interviews with the experienced composers insightful and this one is no exception, can't wait for that second part! There were many wonderful things to hear in this part (Nielsen's background and attitude towards game development and specifics about Sega CD music development for instance), but I thought it was just great to hear him thump the table, I assume, when saying "analog world". :D

Dude, he's one of my favorite VGM composers of all time! Hell, he IS my favorite US VGM composer ever!

Can't wait to listen to the next part :3

I was pretty stoked when he returned my email. :) I think the next part is even more philosophical and educational than the first!

Yep, I take no credit for how good this interview was. I almost forgot to ask questions because I was so busy listening. And yes, Spencer Occasionally emphasized his points with some well-placed table thumps. :P
