Building A house with a studio Vol. II(for Someone with Moderate-ish Cerebral Palsy)

I'm so tired of having to drive somewhere else and having to deal with various issues(restroom, standard size doorways)so here is what my studio would have/be used for: 36 in. doorways/half(or more like 3/4 bathroom)any hallway would be twice as big/Recording both solo(a Baby Grand piano) & large ensemble(60 piece orchestra or choir a la Terra's Resolve): 

 

an office(for if I and whoever I was collabing with needed to have eats during the session/for planning stuff) an Isolation room.

Planned Square footage for the whole thing: 500-1000

Has anybody on OCR actually built studios from the ground up? let me know what you think!
