Why would I waste 20 seconds to explain something when I could have fixed it in 3 secs? You could review edits too, if you're worried about that... In our case, it's more of a knowledge base to house some basic information & FAQs, as well as the character bios for the character mascots, so we haven't needed an open editing format.
