Heres the stepfile to Sakura no Keshi: http://www.bemanistyle.com/sims/simfile.php?id=15054

I made steps from novice to expert. All difficulties can be done on pad, though the expert steps are a level 12 (which is up near the keyboard levels). I only did the first 2 minutes (to keep the length aroung ITG range), and I based the levels off ITG levels, so theyre a little tougher than DDR. I did a banner background, though it was a bit rushed. Well enjoy : )

Any other requests?

Something I have always wanted to see get done is a stepfile for the DDR Megamixes that are included with the DDR Soundtracks. On especially for 5th Mix. I know it may be a little much but It would totally kick rocks if that were to happen.

Brushfire, I was lookin for the 5th mix megamix, but I couldnt find it. After combing through various websites, I did stumble upon a DDR Megamix called the Pop'n Megamix. It consists of 1998, B4U, Afronova, Matsuri Japan, Bag, Can't Stop Fallin in Love, Broken my Heart, Love Again Tonight, and the Legend of MAXX. And its only 2:30, so it didnt take too long to make all difficulties (Expert being a tough 11). And Atmuh and DarkeSword, I fixed Sakura no Kenshi so its no longer misspelled : ) That was a great song btw.

Heres the Megamix: http://www.bemanistyle.com/sims/simfile.php?id=15082

And Gollogagh, I would love to work on zircon's Throwdown next, put up a link : )

So what to work on next....just post a link and I'll get to it.....

It was well worth the slight pain that I'm having now.

note to self: never never never never play ddr with a sweater on

Yes, haha.

And bring water, fan, towel, and deoderant for longer sessions. It's important to stay fresh and clean, clean.

I play arcade DDR when I can. I have the XBox DDR Ultramix 2 and 3 at home. ANd I have SM on my computer, where I'm trying to make a Stepfile for a song by a Christian rock band called PILLAR.

The dude that was taking requests, I wonder if you'd try one for me. "Fleeting Ecstacy" by chthonic, here on OCR. DIRECT LINK TO DOWNLOAD PAGE (edit)

And... IIDX... what does that stand for? I feel dumb.

And and... anyone hear the news about Beatdrop?

Yeah, it's great that Beatdrop is going to be featured in the next DDR. I've got Ultramix 1. How're two and three?

And by the way, please don't link directly to music files on this website. Link to the download page instead

Ok, heres the song: http://www.bemanistyle.com/sims/simfile.php?id=15110

This was a really laid back, yet funky piece, so the levels peak at 10, nothing too difficult. it was definitely a fun song to work on.

Next?

I played PIU again today, but I was suprised to find an arcade machine in my home town. It was in darn fine working condition, too. The machine was a New Xenesis version which I assume is one of the newer releases because it looked and played great. Really changed my mind about the series.

The layout of the machine was better IMO. The last arcade machine I played had lights that must have been at eye level because I remember them being very distracting. The screen was nice and wide and must have been in like 480p or something because the images were nice and crisp and colorful. I fnally got over the music (I didn't really like the k-pop last time I played it, but it's no better or worse than j-pop, really. The other genres are fine as well. It just depends on what kind of music you're into.)

The pad condition is what sealed the deal, however. I'm just not used to seeing arcade machines in fine working condition where I live, and I would never expect a rythm game like Pump or DDR to have such reponsive pads (it's almost as if the owners of the store CARE about their machines.) It made me feel better to know that at least part of the reason I was sucking so badly the last time I played Pump is that the pads just would not respond.

...In other news, I still can't beat Holy Orders.
