Its better than I would do. I hate to hate on DDR seeing as it was the first music based game I played, but it can't hold a candle to Pump. (IMO, of course)

I haven't played DDR in over 6 months. I put it in yesterday and on heavy, I got an A on "can't stop falling in love" and a B on "Rythm and Police" I guess I don't suck yet.

The arcade where I frequent has gotten rid of their DDR machine recently too. it seems that DDR in northern Japan is just not what it used to be. Since then it has been replaced with a House of the Dead 4 and a Silent Hill Arcade cabinet.

So I got DDR Universe 2 for Christmas. How the hell do I unlock songs? I love the game a bunch, but I can't figure this one out.

Knowing Konami nowadays with their XBox releases, you'll have to play Quest Mode to unlock them. It's not out in the UK (and won't be for a year), so I don't know any more.

yeah universe 2 would most likely be like universe 1 and you have to go through the gay @$$ed quest mode (dance master mode in the more recent PS2 DDR games). I'd just wish they go back to the earlier DDR games where u had to unlock a new song for every 5th song played (or pass depending on the requirements).

The DDR games are getting worse and worse, because dancing games are all about techno music, not Justin Timberlake.

That's why the arcade versions are much better than CSs. The CS games have been getting worse and worse, because the AC games are getting better and better (with the exception of the song NGO.) And you won't find a Justin Timberlake song on an AC.
