  1. That had to be hard. You basically turned water into wine. To do so without going off on a tangent to fill the clock is definitely the mark of an artistic mind.
  2. I have been waiting forever for someone to remix that song and he's done a damn good job. Not quite how I would have done it (if I could remix well) but a damn good job none the less. I give it a 15/10
  3. I've never really like anything from CotMM (due to personal prefrence) untill now. This piece takes a while to actually get started but that's why they call it build up right? What can I say except that this song is DAMN GOOD!! Keep up the good work Children.
  4. I do like this song, I really do. But I'm going to have to agree with everyone else who said that the distorted piano was not needed. It sounds more like a bad sample rather than a compliment to the other elements of the song itself. In fact I find it ear piercing, it's like right up there with someone sticking a cold piece of metal up under your eyelids. This sound alone was trying to ruin the song for me but I wouldn't let it. Unipulator I know it's a little late in the game to chage that but if you can please do. I don't know why, but this song kind of reiminds me of robo Ky's song from GGXX.
  5. This piece is simply beautiful, from the roar of the thunder to the change up at 2:34. This song makes me think of the start of a powerful storm to the beginning of a new light just as the sun comes out after its all over. After all is said and done you realize how important that your "one girl in all the world" is to you. I downloaded it from his website a few weeks ago and I've had it on repeat ever since. If you don't got it get it while the gettings good because "The Wingless" does it again. *ONEZ*
  6. What can I say, I liked this piece a lot particularly the drums. I don't have a full understanding of how remixing is done with reverb and all that music jargon you all use. But keep in mind that Marc Star dosen't have all of the weapons at his disposal like Nobuo Uematsu. So he had to use whatever he had/could get his hands on. The thing about doing remixes of games on Next Gen Systems (I know the PSX is old) is that people expect you to out do the original which can sometimes be down right impossible. I must admit that it did sound a lot like a 16-bit game and if FF8 was on the SNES, that's what it would sound like. Nice work Marc Star *ONEZ*
  7. I.... I just don't know what to say. I'm speechless... I like it a lot A-L-O-U-T Honestly enough, if I was at the wedding I damn sure wouldn't have been able to to pick this out. Great job, great job indeed. *ONEZ*
  8. *Helps Kenshin escape from angry mob using secret waterfall passage. *Turns to him and starts to agree.* I still don't know what the hell I'm listening to, I don't like it, (personal prefrence) the sounds are decent though. But they don't seem like they're directed in any way to make a song. I may not be experienced in making music but I do know what sounds like nothing to me.
  9. Ditto. I don't to much care for the first part, that's just a matter of personal taste. But like Tybalt said, from 2:26 on through I absolutely loved it. Damn good work!!!
  10. This song is definitely fantastic. It's one of those songs where the music actually takes me to my happy place.
  11. I remember the first time I heard this song while playing Rygar on my NES.I've been wanting to hear this song remixed since I got to this site and the dude maze delievers.Kind of feels like I'm having mocha at some snazzy cafe listening to poetry.Good isht, mazedude good isht.
