Annnnnnnd one more from Jet Force Gemini: Mizar Attacks!, as Glejs (Glenn Liljestrand) delivers another genre hybrid, with elements of industrial, reggae, dubstep, & orchestral:

"This track morphed so many times before it took its final form. I'm glad the first few attempts were put to rest as it slowly grew into this wicked dubsteppy reggae-style track. There is surely some room for improvements as I've never composed this kind of music before, but it was super fun!"

The offbeat definitely does lend a vague reggae vibe, but you've also got big chunky staccato brass & orch. hits, quirky sound FX, and a gigantic wobble bass underneath it all, along with some satisfying electronic drums. Liontamer evaluated:

"The production should have been a lot sharper, IMO, because some of the ear candy details in the layered parts felt drowned out by the mud (e.g. the subtle melodic doubling that became more abstract-sounding from 2:43-2:58). I think in 5 years, he'll listen back to this and hear a lot of unrealized potential in the mixing. Nevertheless, this was quite the unique tribute to Alistair Lindsay's "Battle Cruiser Sekhmet." Nice work by Glejs in referencing nearly every part of the lengthy original track. Never in a million years would I think that you could take a militaristic space theme and successfully give it a reggae and dubstep-inspired spin. Nice risk-taking by Glenn!"

Great stuff; sonically unique, applying a creative mix of genres to update Lindsay's original and turn it into a legit "Dreadnaught of War" - the most intuitive kind. Enjoy!

This was definitely an odd duck of a remix (In a good way.). Such unique instrument choices and utilization! Great job!
