  • if it is determined to be 'stolen'
  • primarily or entirely not created by the submitting artist
  • directly sampling the game audio, a.k.a. 'ripping,' with minimal original contributions (e.g. a few breakbeats layered on top)
  • based off a MIDI arrangement, a.k.a. 'MIDI ripping,' with only instruments changed (no original notes)
  • if it fails to meet several of the other submission standards pertaining to originality and content
  • at the request of the ReMixer
