  1. I'm looking for a "waa" voice instrument. I really don't know what it's called, otherwise I would search for it myself. It's the generic chorus humm kind of thing. If anyone has heard "Exit Music (For a Film)" by Radiohead, you get the idea. I'm sure there has to be a free one floating around somewhere. Anyway, I would be muched obliged if anyone could point me in the right direction.
  2. I'll check all of these out later tonight, thank you guys. The main reason I want strings is because of the Shadows of the Colossus OST, but I think those are real strings. I guess I have a lot to learn.
  3. Thank you very much Zircon, I'll check those out. Sorry if I cluttered up the forum, next time I'll post in the dedicated VST thread.
  4. Thank you, that solved my problem perfectly.
  5. Paying is not really an option. I'm 18, I live in my own apartment, and I pay my own tuition. I make 7.25 an hour. Not to tell you my life story or anything, I just get fed up when people act like everyone should be able to afford all this expensive stuff.
  6. I have several of the ones from KVR but they all sound like crap. I don't want to have to pay several hundred dollars to get an orchestra sound. What can I use?
  7. My question is also about Sony Acid. So I made a pretty nice beat in FL and saved it as an mp3 and imported it to ACID. Now when I played it against the rest of the track I had in acid, it would not sync right. There would be a gap at the end of the loop mp3 that throws everything off, and it also doesn't play at the same tempo I originally had it in FL. The drum loop was set to a tempo of 75, as is the track in ACId. Anyone have any ideas?
  8. Thank you both very much! I'll try both methods.
  9. I'm pretty new to using midi and everything, but I have Acid Pro 5, and I'm trying to get warm vinyl sound. How would I go about doing this? Sorry if my question is vague, I know I'm a n00b.
