Yes, I have heard what you mentioned before, of course, as I said, I havent spent a lot of time working with any particular program yet, so if some thinks that there is a definitively better program to switch to, I am all ears.
Im not really opposed to practicing all the time with a computer screen in front of me.
Okay, so my backround in music is that Ive been playing guitar for close to 9 years now, 8 of them I studied at the royal canadian conservatory, and in the last 4 years Ive been studying classical guitar. I play at a grade 6 level in classical, and have just over a grade 2 understanding of theory. Ive played electric bass for 3 bands that have gigged locally. Ive also been fiddling with keyboards since I was old enough to try and wake my parents up in the morning, as they had a keyboard in the room and thats what I was allowed to do when they didnt wanna get up. I also took violin for about a year, vocal lessons for about a year, Drum lessons for 2 years, and Ive been a huge gear nerd for the last 2 years. I have experience playing classical, acoustic, bass and electric guitars, Mandolin, Violin, Organ, Keyboard, Piano, Drums, and singing. My musical influences in general are typically Progressive Rock, Trance, Classical, and Easy Listening.
I hope that helps, Thanks so much guys.
