Need help finding this song

First of all, hi!

Second, I was clicking around YouTube a few weeks ago when I came across this short video. The background music caught my attention immediately, and I desperately wanted it. Several weeks later, I still can't trace it down.

This is the video with the music clip playing. People in the comments said it's from the N64 Bomberman games, but I've thoroughly checked all 3's OST's and anything similarly related with no luck finding this exact track. I'm dead stumped at this point, and was hoping someone here could help me out. I'd be extremely grateful if you could. Thanks!

It sounds extremely like something out of Bomberman Hero for N64 but the sound quality seems a lot better than I remember it being. Though I'm probably being influenced by what the others said before I listened to it.

That could be any background music from anything. It definitely has that Bomberman 64 sound, but the N64 would probably explode if it had to music quality like that.

Coincidentally, the OCR mascot up in the corner is Bomberman as of writing,

If you want something very similar, download Palpable's Pilotwings "Fly" remix. It sounds almost exactly like that.
