Pokémon Diamond/Pearl Route 216

Okay, so yes, I did register here to make this request. Just getting that out of the way now! (Yeah, I'm kind of a terrible person, probably... D: )

So here's the thing: I love the Route 216 music in Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. I will go and just leave my character sitting there so I can listen to it while I do other, more productive things in the real world. It's wonderful. Here it is in both its

That said, much as I love the "snowy afternoon at a café" sound of that remix, I really think this piece deserves a brassier, louder, more big band, swing sort of interpretation. Less smooth jazz and more

, dig? Especially there around the 45 second mark of the original track where it sort of explodes. Love that.

I feel so strongly about this that I will even happily offer to take requests for artwork commissions in exchange! You can see my blog for examples of my work. I'm no good with music or sound (apart from setting images to music but that's different!) but maybe I can offer my arting skills as compensation, if that's alright.
