Fernito Posted November 28, 2010 Author Share Posted November 28, 2010 Thanks for your elaborate review on the track! I really appreciate it - The lo-fi drums are YouTube's fault for sure. I thought that encoding the audio track at 320 kbps in the video would make it sound good, but YouTube's compression ruined it anyway - The progression at 2:53 you liked is the same as in the clean guitars at the beginning of the track - As for the end overwhelming mids, it is because at 8:57 we cut off both highs and lows, simulating a lo-fi vinyl record (we even put a stylus noise in the background).
