mickomoo Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 I've been asked to create little demos of music that may or may not appear in a friends game. I'm probably going to recompose them when I get a better library or mixing skills but right now I just want feedback on composition and any tips for improvement: This is like a battle theme, or some sort of encounter... there are transitional points which will probably be "stems" or changes that would occur depending on the scene This is an uplifting happy song Quote
mickomoo Posted June 13, 2012 Author Posted June 13, 2012 New music: two related themes above and one additional thematic song below http://soundcloud.com/mickomoo/mistake Quote
mickomoo Posted July 8, 2012 Author Posted July 8, 2012 another demo but this one really is just a snipit of an idea: http://soundcloud.com/mickomoo/misunderstood Quote
Sweeper Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 another demo but this one really is just a snipit of an idea: http://soundcloud.com/mickomoo/misunderstood Nice. What is that, C major? (been practicing on scale recognition) Quote
mickomoo Posted July 16, 2012 Author Posted July 16, 2012 Nice. What is that, C major? (been practicing on scale recognition) It's D flat major if I remember, I've always been bad at recognizing scales even when I end up playing them, go figure. Scale recognition is something I'm trying to work on as well. Quote
mickomoo Posted November 22, 2012 Author Posted November 22, 2012 A bright song that I suddenly came up with Quote
