Meteo Xavier
More specifically, I want to learn how to cleanly delete many of the factory instruments and samples from Kontakt 4-5 and Battery 3. I don't use much of them at all and they're just taking up space on my hard drives, but I'm not a tech person and I really don't know how to delete them off all together without going through a lot of effort and leaving remnants behind. Is there a way to cleanly delete them that I'm not seeing, or do I have to do it the complicated way? Thank you!
Kanthos
Just delete the relevant folders of samples plus the nkis. It's not that hard or time-consuming.
Nabeel Ansari
You're deleting samples that you paid tons of money for? What if you need them down the line? You'd be surprised at the gems you can find in Kontakt's Synth library.

Kanthos
If you have an external USB hard drive, just back them up; you can just copy the samples back in place to start using them again. No need to reinstall anything.
