Just finished this beat the other day -- it's super driven by this one brass loop, so I kept it short (2 minutes) so it doesn't get too repetitive; sync'd it up to some crazy ass dance footage from the classic Soul Train tv show and ba-boom, here we go folks:

(Sorry for the horrible video quality, the footage is from the 70s so it's the best I could come across)
