The music to Civ IV is well known and appreciated but I personally prefer Civ III and would love to see a remix. To be honest I think I would enjoy any of the game's tracks, but SmashFull is probably the best track on the album. Just to keep things interesting though I've also linked to AncEcfull - an intersting song with heavy use of percussion.
