Yes, however both iLok keys must be registered to the same iLok.com account, and both must be inserted in USB ports on the same computer when transferring licenses.

I would have sold my complete composers collection to someone who would use it more awhile ago if it wasn't for that.

You could try and find someone here who might want to buy the iLok account and SoundsOnline account from you, and mail the physical iLok key and DVDs. I did that a couple years ago.
