Chrono Trigger: Frog's Theme (medieval/orchestral)

I recently finished my orchestral remake of Frog's Theme from Chrono Trigger. I included a short medieval intro to make it more interesting and to make the full orchestral part sound more epic by contrast. I also layered in some bagpipes at the end.

Great rendition of this theme, the only gripe I have is the short string sound, kinda detracts from the piece for me example 1:21 it sounds a bit off, other than the strings like last piece nicely paced, the special touches like the repeat at 1:34. Subscribed.

Thanks for the feedback! I assume you're talking about the gaps in the string passages. I originally planned it as a woodwinds-only passage, so I added some breathing spaces and when I layered the strings on top, I had to choose whether the strings also have these breathing spaces or run continuously. When I eventually make the album version, I'll try to make the gaps sound less noticeable. Maybe I'll get rid of them altogether. If this wasn't what you where talking about, please let me know.

Ah that makes sense, it would sound a lot more natural as a wind instrument with that playing style but with the current string playing style it sounds like medium-long bowing quickly.
