DZComposer
Does anybody know if it is possible, and if so, how, to copy the Tempo Track from one file to another? I have an upcoming project that I will need to split into multiple files for system resource reasons, but if the tempo changes aren't perfectly together, it will ruin the final mix. I'm either blind, stupid, or wishful on this one, methinks. Heh. Oh, and my Cubase is SL 3.
Moseph
I've never used Cubase, so this may be no help at all ... You could try this (it works in Sonar; it may work in Cubase): Open the file with the tempo info you want. Bring up the tempo track view, highlight want you need, and copy. Close the file (or if Cubase lets you have multiple files open, you can leave it open). Open the other file, bring up its tempo track view, and paste. DZComposer
God Damn I'm a dumbass sometimes. >_< I didn't even think to try that. Thanks.
Kanthos
If that doesn't work, you could always copy the project files, open the new copy, and delete all the parts, leaving you with the same tempo track as the original.
