Man, I hear ReMixes like this and I thank god I created this site. Some of these ReMixes might never have been made if I hadn't, and it pains me to think of greats tracks like this one not existing. This is an AMAZING first-time submission from prozax, aka Daniel Orosz, and also - surprisingly - our first Blaster Master ReMix. And what a way to begin! prozax burns some MEAN, downright SADISTIC Electric guitar riffage on this track. The whole thing is basically one, long accompanied guitar solo, but it works. Things start off slow, with a beautiful and articulately played UN-distorted guitar, then there's an alarm of sorts, and the guitar gains 500 pounds, grows ten feet higher, and becomes a two-headed gargantuan monster with a BAD attitude. Yeah. The whole ReMix relies on the strength of the guitar very heavily, which works well here, but if prozax can do more with the backing track, then he'll be god :)

Love the clean guitar intro, and the FX from the game itself leading into the main track is a nice touch. Excellent guitar work, but as has been mentioned above the low quality detracts from the mix a bit. It really does sound like a soft rock track from the 70's; maybe something by The Eagles or Lynyrd Skynyrd. But, as has also been mentioned above, just as it starts to really get going it stops! Such as shame :(

I’m not used to such low-quality audio from a remix on this site. But I suppose if you picture it as listening to an old school rock track from the 70s on the radio while driving down the road, it’s not so bad. Very short track, almost too short for me to really recommend. The introduction is wonderful though.

The intro is nice, but by the time things really get started, the mix is nearly half done. It also fades out when it feels only half-done. Somehow the low-quality audio doesn't detract from the mix; it actually seems to help the guitar.

I like this quite a bit. Even the lower-than-average recording quality is kind of endearing. Kind of adds to the feel of it. My biggest complaint is that it fades out so quickly, when it feels like there's at least another minute worth of things to say. You know what they say about these things though, better wanting more then having too much...
