Bio

Venom is the result of a symbiosis between an alien life form and a human host. In other words, Venom is more than one being.

The human most often fused with the symbiote is Eddie Brock, a reporter who blames Spider-Man for debunking his prize story, the Sin-Eater case. His intense hatred for Spider-Man was so strong that the symbiote was attracted to Eddie and bonded with him, calling themselves "Venom." Their aim is to hunt and torment Spider-Man, making Venom an extremely dangerous and psychotic archrival.

However, there are times when Venom sees himself as a hero, as when he tries to protect innocents from the "evil" Spider-Man. Sometimes they team up to stop a stronger villain. But their truce only lasts so long before they become enemies again.
