Poor me. I don't multi-task my games so first I must finish Paper Mario. Then I must have my computer repaired so I can get my wi-fi running. I fear I'll be way behind the poke-curve by the time I finally get online.
Look at it this way, the more information people post, the more you'll be ready for the game when you do play online with others

Some of the tracks are ripe for remixing.
God damn it the game's like crack D:< but a good type
and I can't play it here at work D':

No wonder I cant get to evolve lol Ive been playing at night
Same here mostly because despite what all others say... I actually want something different from the traditional "first bird pokemon being my ultimate flyer", which is why I'm planning on getting Murkrow then evolve it into Honchkrow when the time is right.
Cmon the fedora hat alone grabbed my attention

Budew can evolve into Roselia through leveling up during the morning, daytime or afternoon, when Budew's happiness level is at its maximum.

It sure has gotten trickier to raise them :0
To be honest I'm actually considering starting over considering all the new stuff...

Don't see how this would be a spoiler but nonetheless...
I decided to do a bit of online research and discovered that in order to get Magmar or its pre-evolved form Magpy...
~ Wikipedia ArticleMagby and Magmar are only obtainable when the player obtains the National Dex and has a Pokémon LeafGreen cartridge plugged into the Nintendo DS.What the hell..? D:< I'd like to have some control over its stats from its baby form to its final form as Magmortar D:<
Basically speaking, back in the day, I've always tried to catch the lowest lvl ones that I could possibly find so they'd be much stronger than usual when fully grown/evolved.

Picked it up yesterday.
Pokemon Diamond FC: 3222 2065 3278
And I swear, I'm the only one here who took the Fire starter.
I'm still at the first Gym, and STILL regretting it.
You're not the only one man as I too went for the flaming monkey
I however am not regretting it
Past the first gym easypeasy

They are tied to a particular DS, so if you stick your DP into another DS, you'll wind up with a different friend code. There is a way to transfer a friend code from one DS to another, though.
Then I better wait till I have my own DS. The DS I'm using belongs to a very very VERY good friend and I bet she's gonna be wanting it back if she ever gets P:PV.
On another note, Poltergeist Team ftw lol

when I was building my system It happened alot to me when I started it up because of over heating. Being a noob at the time I didnt properly place the heatsink... The thing kept shutting down due to overheating. Fixed it and it started working up again for me.
Maybe it's still an overheating problem; maybe replacing the heatsink could help or clean out any huge dust bunnies..?

are friends codes tied to a particular ds for each game or is it independent no matter how many ds's you use..? I have never created or used a friends code so... halp plz?

23 here, , I felt that same golden feeling playing the old P:red when I played P:Diamond.

Now I got the itch to make some hardcore teams!

I'd say it's worth it. It's just a fun game. The online battling really makes it. Pokemon was always about playing with your friends, but up until now unless you had a lot of nerdy friends it was tough to find people with Pokemon games.
By the way, my friend player name is Nurse and my friend code is 2878 6080 1062. I'd like to battle/trade with you guys eventually!
It's funny as my friends are a mixed bunch, some nerdy some aren't yet I think it had to do with the "cuteness" of the creatures that put off a lot of some older players (not me, or my sister) from trying out the older titles. Serious competitions could have been had if every just tried it out...
I'll most probably get it then during my lunch break
Thanks!

Is it really worth getting..?
The only games I've played from the franchise had been the original red and blue games (way back I went for the red while my sister went for the blue, had a strong rivalry since then in other games)
The others within the series I've tried a little bit via friends and emulators but were not enough to get me to buy them as I felt more changes were coming.
I re-iterate, is Diamond/Pearl really worth getting now..? Besides the idea of online battling which is edging me to try getting back into it again.

I may have to consider the swapdisc if I ever want to play Siren 2... oh well... Better than missing out of trying it.

Alright... This has gone too far... I just saw on the news that the student victims, which means the dead ones, are getting posthumous degrees. I'm all for honoring the dead, but what is the fucking point of giving a dead person a degree? Better placement in the graveyard?
So all their work and studying within the university had not been in vain..? Best I can think of for now...

Yeah I lost hard but it felt good. For once it felt like a challenge. Man the games ai's weak and it left me unprepared; for that game at least.

I like how on a BBC radio show (also online) is discussing whether his nationality (the gunman) has any relevancy as how the news media (including BBC) keeps pointing it out. The respnse from callers, bloggers and emails had been of course its not, yet some asian students, inparticularly South Koreans, are considering leaving VaTech for fear of being discriminated just because of the gunman's nationality. Kind of like how the hi-jackers of those planes on 9/11 were of arabic/mid eastern descent, there were tons of discrimination to those of the same/similar descent...
Probably a good PPR topic but some else will have the privilige to make a thread, I won't.
I hope those students don't run away just because of that... Leaving for that reason just does no body any good...

I wouldn't mind importing, just that I'm ignorant on getting it to run on my US version of the slim PS2; and no way im soldering some mod chip
When it comes to reviews I tend to ignore them unless it's something I'm already leery about. Already seen some preview play of Siren 2 on youtube for the UK version. I like it.
Is it so hard to make games region free..? Why must they be region coded...

Eureka 7. Just because it has some of the best soundtracks in any anime ever. And the funky techno beats are perfect for exercise. At least for me.
yay I'm not alone
Though admittingly despite it I can't see myself working out to all the tracks O_o
something about track Sakura, with its short "Amazing Grace" used in the song.

Won't be for a good while for me though...
