  1. I'm writing a story about Final Fantasy IV and Kain is one of the major characters. However, "Suspicion" is no longer fitting for him since it takes place 2 years after Zeromus's destruction. I've been trying to find a lot of songs that fit the idea of a redeemed warrior, with a bit of soberness and honor (especially a dragoon's honor). I think "Suspicion" can still be used, however, if remixed with the right tunes and instruments to create the feeling I described above. Think this is possible? I think so since the OCRemix FF4 Album's "Walk Into the Light" used "Into the Darkness," and yet had a complete opposite feel; one of best songs in the album, too.

I would very much love to have a song like this just for Kain. I've looked around on Youtube and other places, and the song I like best is from Chrono Cross called "Dragonrider" and yet it is still a little too upbeat for what I'm imagining.

Is my description of the feeling (redeemed warrior with a bit of soberness and honor--dragoon's honor) sufficient?

  2. http://www.ocremix.org/game/seiken-densetsu-3-snes/remixes/ I click on any of these remixes, then click download, and I get this:
Error (404 Not Found) The content you were looking for could not be found. Perhaps it doesn't want to be found, perhaps we have removed it, or perhaps the site is currently undergoing maintenance. There's a lot of uncertainty in the world, and the potential causes for this 404 are similarly indeterminate. In fact, there's also the chance that you just typed in a nonsense URL for kicks, or are the luckiest of an infinite number of monkeys at an infinite number of computers.
    What do I do?
  3. I meant as her character. She becomes a nicer person to Link later in the game. I'll listen to it again and see if I can pick up on it.

Edit: I'm having a hard time picking it up, maybe it's my ears. XD. It sounds very desert-like. Gerudo Desert. I think I caught a hint of it, but it's definitely got to be me that has the problem. Regardless, it IS a very good song. :)

Edit 2: AH! I think this might help you

Try and see if you or anyone can base a remix of Midna's Theme with the feel of Queen Rutela's.

  4. While it's a great song, I'd love to hear a remix version of something cute or something redeeming about her character (if you've gotten past the Lakebed Temple and the scene with Zant, you know what I mean concerning Midna). Something like a sweeter version because she does become a nicer person during the game.

I would really appreciate something like that. Thank you! ^_^

Edit (also see below): I think this might help you

Try and see if you or anyone can base a remix of Midna's Theme with the feel of Queen Rutela's.

  5. I hate double-posting, but I would really appreciate it if someone were to remix these songs together. I'm not sure of the genre of music it would fit because I'm not good with genres. :P

  6. Here are the Final Fantasy IV Advance Portraits to use as avatars.

They have transparencies and should work fine.

LT: The sprites look a little ghetto with the resolution, but that's probably not your fault. No PNGs though. We use GIFs. If you can convert those to GIFs and not sacrifice the quality, we can do something with 'em.

Edit: I always felt .pngs were better than .gifs, but I can do it without losing the quality. Try them now. :) Oh wait, do they stretch to fit the 32x32 size? I can fix that so they don't stretch. Hang on.

Edit 2: Okay. NOW try them. They are 32x32. I just canvas sized them to that size so the original picture shouldn't stretch.

LT: Cool, thanks. With the exception of 2 or 3 ugly ones, I added all the FF4 GBA sprites you gave. Nice work.

  7. Hey everyone. I was wondering if someone was willing to answer a humble plea for a request remix. I would love a combination of J-E-N-O-V-A from Final Fantasy VII and Neo-Ridley from Metroid Fusion. Keeping the "creepy" ambiance from both songs and mixing them together.

I have the source music here. What do you think?

    Thank you in advance.
