Hey Guys, First of I'm a game developer, and I was just wondering what the implications are for me if I find a few of the Remixes that I would like to use in one of the games I make. I would like to know who's permission I need. Is it both the original developer/publisher and the remixer? or just the remixer due to the remix being significantly different? Please dont me.

Hey Guys, I'm looking for some talented artists to Mix us up some fresh music for a non profit online Pokémon Game called Pokémon World Online. When I realized the need for music your community immediately came to mind as this is just such a huge pool of talent. The Composers will have there names in the credits.
