So far, every app I've found to decode .pac files has failed miserably, meaning that they were the wrong one. I'll keep looking.

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I'm hoping somebody here is able to help me.

I need to extract some sound files from a series of .pac files. Does anyone know how?

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

Not only does this song have a great beat and sound incredible, but it's funny!

This is one of the most incredible remixes i've ever listened to (more than 40 so far). Unfortunately, it is too short and I did notice the noise.

This is so great, I would like to learn to play it on the piano. *sigh* if only there were some way to read music in order to reproduce it.

In conclusion, props to spekkosaurus for this. Woo, Hoo!

I have always been a fan of rag time music. I have always been a fan of Yoshi's Island. I forgot about the music, though, until SSBM. Now I'm a fan of Yoshi's music. This song is great and left me grinning.

Genius! I frequently found myself humming the underworld tune, even before I heard this remix. Now it's stuck in my head, and I claim this THE GREATEST REMIX OF ALL TIME!! Too bad I haven't heard all of them, but so far. P.S. I love the sound effects and the way they blend with and add to the music.

Starfox is one of the greatest flight sims of all time with some awesome music. I had forgotten how awesome until I heard the theme in SSBM. So I came here, found this remix, and suddenly want to whip out the 'ol Famicon (Japanese Super Mintendo, no difference).

[OCR00689 - Final Fantasy IV "SNES Battle Medley"]

One of the best remixes of the infamous battle theme I have ever heard. One thing that was slightly annoying was that the guitar was too staccato. If it had slurred more it would have been incredible, despite it's being out of tune.

[OCR00436 - Final Fantasy IV "Ground Up"]

The Final Fantasy battle theme has always been my favorite piece of game music. This mix, I think is the best I've heard away from the Nintendo. . . actually, best ever.

I have always enjoyed the chocobo music, and with this mix I found I love it even more. Great job!

[OCR00317 - Chrono Trigger & Final Fantasy IX "Knights Come Marching Home"]

This is great. Most people know the theme, but then when it transitions (flawlessly) to frog's theme, it loses most people but makes Chrono Trigger fans smile in recognition. I also like how it always keeps the marching quality.
