Yes, DKC3 came out at the back end of SNES releases, after Mario 64 came out. It used the Mario 64 theme as an easter egg. Thread over; nothing left to see here, folks.

Actually, you answered your own question there at the end - those have been so heavily remixed that there is less motivation to do a remix project for them. What more could a remix project offer that we haven't already seen? That's the question that has to constantly be asked of any would-be project director, and it's considerably harder to answer for the thoroughly-remixed, massively-popular OSTs.

First off, I mean FULL OST albums not like Chrono Symphonic which was just some themes not the whole thing.
So yeah, considering these are 2 of the most ReMixed OST's on the site why hasn't there been full albums of them yet?

But on the other hand, we have a week before Black and White come out. Why? Because, like some suggested here, it would tie together with the new games coming out. That's what I wanted to do with Diamond and Pearl when they came out in Japan, and then their US release. And then Platinum. And then HeartGold and SoulSilver. Yes, this album was in the works that long...
