I have an idea of how to do one without any elimination. I can run a short, 6 week compo with 12 participants if you guys are up for it. Competitors have to be ready to remix every week though.

Wow, what happened with the Wildfire/Ben Briggs vote? I wasn't on here all week, and from listening to the songs, I would have thought the vote margin would have been razor-thin. Instead, the voting looks like Wildfire's song was just her screaming into a microphone for 3 minutes. Weird.

Yeah, I saw the "requests" for Storm Owl so I put it as my first pick although I like Vanishing Gungaroo a bit more
Also, I hope I'll get my revenge against Amphibious for that loss in the SZRC
I still listen to your first (and only) submission from the SZRC. It was quite good, and I'm looking forward to hearing more of your work -- especially since it's Storm Owl.

I wish someone would pick Storm Owl. Prophetik had it as his #4, but he just selected it at random, and it doesn't look like he will need to get down to his #4 spot.
Is there something wrong with Storm Owl's theme that I don't hear?

Two more people voted since my last tally. Gario increased his lead by 2 votes, and the last two votes cancelled each other out in the OA/Ghetto Lee Lewis matchup.
As of right now, Gario is up by 7 votes, and Ghetto Lee Lewis is up by 3.

One thing to note is never assume you've won or lost based on voting before its finished. So many times i've seen things happen in these compos that defies what you'd expect based on what happened in the first few days. In the original GRMRB I got a ten vote lead against gecko, which was a hell of a lot. I lost by 6 votes.
