  1. So no joke, but I play this song / remix every time I have my players roll for initiative in our D&D campaign! I love everything about this track. The sweeping strings, the cathedral inducing vocals, and the organic progression into "Demise of the Ritual" which is hands down my favorite song from the SotC album. This just elevates everything to a powerful, hard hitting, epic, thunderous homage to an already monumental video game!
  2. Zany, frantic, and full of energy. Reminded me of the band Enochian Crescent with some minor hints of Dani Filth laced in the middle.
  3. If I ever went dungeon diving, I would only hope that this exact song / remix is playing in the background! So adventurous, wandering, and strong crystal metal mining tones that immediately grab my attention!
  4. The vibrant drums and proper implementation of soaring keys really makes this song a standout amongst many CC remixes! Was not expecting such an energetic guitar solo towards the end. Definitely adding this to my regular CC playlist of goodies and must listens!
  5. Definitely a fresh take on "Seeking the Light" with a calm integration of some invading pirates! Almost reminding the listener of the high seas adventures and danger that awaits early on in the world of FFV. Would love to hear more songs from the original OST done with these bright piano passages!
  6. Reminded me of early Dream Evil and mid career Sonata Arctica! Good attention toward the guitars!
  7. 100% epic! I love listening to such peaceful, sweeping, majestic songs that come from such chaotic and meddlesome video games. The harp notes are a great reminisce to older fantasy and the wind chimes are such a tranquil finishing touch. Well constructed!
  8. Patient, melodic, and captivating. Love the heavy bass that meanders with the song when it wants to speed up or slow down. I look forward to hearing those ghastly echoing synths in the deep background every time I hear this song! Well done!
  9. Familiar but also fringing on something new and exciting. A legacy left behind but also transparently refreshing and meditative like a breath of fresh air. Invokes those feelings of getting lost in the woods but also feeling right at home. A delicate, graceful tribute of a song.
  10. I definitely have to be in the right mood and headspace to digest this song. Very floatacious and dreamscape invoking. Kind of like tip toeing on a lake of ice and listening to it ripple and crackle. I do like the hints to the original "Requiem of Spirit" that tickles the ears briefly enough to warm the nostalgic heart.
  11. Dark, dreary, and dripping with dread. Love the work done with the vocalist and how her voice dances with the cello and guitar work. Definitely my jam!
  12. Probably one of my favorite Super Metroid remixes in existence. Juicy keys, slamming bass, and an omnipresent respect toward the melody and mood. I could listen to this song on repeat for hours and just lose myself in every note.
  13. A kindred dance between a peaceful piano and a descending ancient melody along the wind. Reminded me of a lot of the more peaceful moments one can encounter in Breath of the Wild. Very serene from beginning to end!
  14. This song reminds me of a monstrous heartbeat that can be heard in the middle of a pitch black oblivion. Driving beats, great diversity, and a strong sense of unknown danger in the electronics.
  15. Those emerging strings, man. They really added the cherry on the top of an already impressive ice cream sundae of a song! I could listen to this any time of the day and my attention is immediately piqued no matter what is happening!
  16. Captures everything ; the attitude, flow, and magic from the original piece! Songs like this are exactly what we look for in remixes! Remarkable work!
  17. Very hypnotic and intense at the same exact time! Definitely invokes that feeling of walking inside a haunted house at night and having the door slam shut and lock behind you. Octopath Traveler 2 has such a great OST, it's encouraging to see artists interpret such songs with creativity and stunning uniqueness!
  18. I might have been caught singing the lyrics of this remix out loud once or twice at my job. XD So catchy and sweeping!
  19. The utilization of the trombone and flute are incredible stand outs for this song. Induces the listener into an atmosphere of melancholy and also mystical beauty like a forest at night. Love this song so much and have shared it with so many people! Can't recommend it enough!
  20. Everything about this remix hits hard. The all encompassing Red Wings theme looming in the background, the soaring guitar closing out, a sprinkle of Compression of Time to add to the mood, and just a powerful attention to detail!
  21. I just love and appreciate how hard the guitars and drums go at the C - part of the arrangement! Such a motivating song and a brilliant take!
  22. Very driving beat and melody all throughout! I could imagine hundreds of people pulling out their Triple Triad cards in the middle of a rave! XD
  23. Ethereal, captivating, and a beautiful rendition of a classic song. Vocals are tremendously delivered and a welcomed accompaniment!
  24. I can't think of a single song by Rebecca that was never inspirational. And this arrangement is no exception! Love the immediate moodiness, mystery, and Zelda - themed exploration that comes from the first few notes. If they do ever make a live action Zelda movie in the near future, they would be wise to consult Rebecca for the musical direction in the score. Well done as always! Love this game and love that artists are making compositions around it!
  25. This song brought me back to my point and click adventure games of the 80's and 90's. Evocative, whimsical, and emotionally gripping once it has fully grasped your attention. Would love to hear more DS3 songs done in this style and aesthetic!
