johnnytwotoes
Hey everyone, I've tried everything and now am in dire need of help. I've been using Reason 3.0 for a while now with an Oxygen 8 (V2). However, all of a sudden, the other day all my midi ports disappeared and now I can't play anything in. I've re-installed Reason. I've changed my USB cord. I've double checked to make sure that the Oxygen is recognized by my computer and that all my USB ports are fully functioning. But now...Reason still recognizes no midi ports. Can somebody please help me please??! I'm beyond desperate right now. Thank you so much and I apologize if I'm overlooking something very obvious. And please...no smug quips about my lack of expertise, I'm asking cause I need help, not cause I need to be shit on.
SenPi
hmm.. well first off what is this Oxygen 8? is it some sort of midi keyboard? If so, check the master keyboard section of the preferences, and see if it is recognized. If not, then click auto detect and if that doesnt work, click on Add keyboard, choose other then choose that option where you can click on whatever device your trying to connect and it will detect it.. yea.. sorry I'm at work so I cant remember all the button names.
