FL XXL Academic Version?

Hey all, I was checking out the prices on some boxed versions of FL studio and found an 'academic version' of the XXL package. ( http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Image-Line-FL-STUDIO-8-XXL-EDITION?sku=703246 ) I was just wondering what the qualifications for the academic discount are. Do you just have to be enrolled in a university or what?

Musician's Friend should have some info on that somewhere on their site - typically, you qualify if you're a K-12 OR college/graduate student or educator.
