Shared Files on Home Network

I rebuilt my PC this week (new mobo/cpu/ram/gfx card) and it's all running quite nicely.

However, for some reason unbeknownst to me, I can't access shared files on my dad's PC anymore. I can access shared files on my sister's PC and dad's laptop though.

Any ideas on what might have caused this change? I kinda feel like the reason is right under my nose but I can't see it. >__>

EDIT: I remembered my dad has the latest Norton suite installed. Seems all I had to do was add an exception in the firewall. :)
