I'm sure there are, I'm just not sure where to look. As I marginally improve day after day, I still struggle with many advanced and many more basic concepts of creating decent music, but I'm tired of bothering OCR people with my insecurities - its high time that plum went to others.

Nutritious suggested Image Line. What are some other really good, active forums where you can ask questions and get the holes filled in on your style and WIPs?

MUSICAL insecurities. I still lack very key elements of proper perspective and many finer aspects and practices that make music music. Rules of thumb. Ways to gauge the proper quality of work, etc. etc.

I just wanted to get some new perspectives and not keep bothering people here.

Fair enough. Beware though, Image-Line is a larger forum for this sort of stuff, so with the increased number of knowledgeable people comes a HUGE increase in egotistical pricks and idiots.

if you mean production-wise, recordingreview.com is a great site with a quite helpful forum. you can post your songs there, they let you attach your file to the message so you won't have to worry about hosting.
